The union does not collect personal data from members except when the member voluntarily provides them, when joining, thereby agreeing to their use. The use of personal data will be used exclusively in the manner and for the purpose specified on the application form.

The union is obliged to respect the confidentiality of data. In the event of a change in personal data, we ask members to inform the Union about the changes in order to correct or update the personal data.

We make great efforts to ensure the security of personal data, whereby data is conscientiously protected from loss, destruction, distortion or forgery, manipulation and unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure.

Data processing principles

The principles of data processing are the basic rules that the company adheres to when processing personal data. Each organizational unit of the Union is obliged to ensure compliance with the principles of data processing.

The company processes personal data in accordance with the following principles of processing:

Lawfully and fairly – with regard to the data subject and their rights, the company will process the personal data of the data subject in accordance with applicable laws and covering all rights of the data subject.
Accordingly, clear rules and processes were defined within the Union to ensure lawful and fair processing, and control mechanisms ( technical measures) were established.
Transparency-the Union will ensure transparency of the processing of personal data and, in accordance with the regulation, will provide the data subjects with all necessary information and, upon request, provide the data subjects with insight into their data, explanations of the processing, the basis and legality of the processing, etc.
The Union shall provide data subjects with information on how personal data relating to them are collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed, as well as to what extent these personal data are or will be processed. The data subject will be informed of all relevant information in a timely manner, i.e. before the data collection itself.
Subject to purpose limitation – personal data must be collected for specific, explicit and lawful purposes and must not be further processed in a manner inconsistent with those purposes.
With the restriction of storage – the trade union shall ensure that the personal data of the data subject are kept in a form that enables the identification of the data subject only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed. The trade union may store personal data for longer, but for this it must have a clear purpose in terms of a legal obligation
Using only the necessary data-trade union collects and processes personal data in a way that they are appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
Accuracy-the Union shall ensure that the data are accurate and up-to-date where appropriate; every reasonable measure must be taken to ensure that personal data that are not accurate, taking into account the purposes for which they are processed, are deleted or corrected without delay. The Union shall ensure that this principle is applied in such a way as to establish regular controls and a transparent process of communication with the data subjects through which the rectification of the data can be requested in the event that the data subject notices that some of his or her personal data is not correctly stated.
Trade union ensures security, supervision and control over data and data processing (integrity and confidentiality) – trade union collects and processes data in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or illegal processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage by applying appropriate technical or organizational measures.
